The Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) is a group of scientists from disciplines relative to PASA research appointed by the Government Steering Committee (GSC) to advise the GSC and PASA leadership on study design and selection and other areas as determined by the GSC. The purpose of the SAB includes:
- Monitor and assess the PASA's overall progress and measure performance as outlined for each activity in the Scope of Work.
- Work with the GSC to provide ongoing review of the PASA Consortium.
- Provide, as needed, membership to the Peer Review Program's (PRP's) Scientific Review Committee to identify projects for recommendation.
